Bluestone Bar & Kitchen
Artisan produce blended with creative minds
Bluestone is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner that incorporates modern bistro cuisine with a focus on quality and comfort. Head Chef Ryan designs his menus with presentation and quality top of mind, and the rest of the crew are dedicated to procuring the best fresh Tasmanian seasonal produce on offer.
“We are locals, the dishes you indulge in will be designed by locals, and we will tell you the story behind the local haunt we ventured to that morning to harvest the goods your dish is crafted from.”
Bluestone also offers a wide variety of Tasmanian gins, wines, craft spirits and cocktails.
WHY WE LOVE IT:
1. Stunning modern dining space.
2. Beautifully presented plates.
3. Excellent coffee.
