The Tasmanian Artisan Shop located in George Street, has been showcasing the amazing talent of our island state to locals and visitors alike for nearly seven years. Originally opening with 35 Tasmanian artisans as an avenue for them to sell their wonderful products, they now have over 180 artists and crafts people represented in store.
They have a fantastic range of woodwork, photography, artwork, handcrafted jewellery, pottery, glass work, hand-knitted items, candles, scarfs, handbags, journals/diaries and lots more.
The best thing about the store is that everything is crafted right here in Tasmania and is truly one of a kind. When you shop at the Tasmanian Artisan Shop you can feel proud of the fact that you are supporting the amazing talent that call Tasmania home.
