The Plough Inn
More than just a pub
Established in 1831 as The Plough Inn, this iconic Launceston pub has had numerous names and cultures over the years. In 2020, after some renovations and a fresh lick of paint, the Plough transformed into one of Launceston’s most beloved modern-day pubs. Whether it’s a meal and a drink up on the fantastic new deck space, a working business lunch in their private meeting room, a wine and platter in the classy wine bar or a flutter on the races in the high-tech sports bar - there’s something at the Plough for everyone.
One of the best things about the Plough is that no matter where you’d like to spend your time in the venue, the extensive dining menu is available. They also run a rotation of weekly specials that are well worth taking advantage of!
