Susie's
Coffee, expertly crafted
Welcome to Susie’s, where great coffee, nostalgic eats, and good vibes come together in the heart of Kingsway. Susie’s is all about recreating the warm, laid-back feeling of dropping by your Nan and Pop’s place, with comfort food and classic tunes setting the scene. The familiar face of our talented barista is there to whip up your favourite brew using beans from the renowned Proud Mary Coffee, making sure your mornings start with a perfect cup. And if you’re an early bird, Susie’s offers priority service for those in vital community roles — just call ahead between 6am and 7am to skip the line and get your caffeine fix fast.
The vibe at Susie’s is all about celebrating those simple, feel-good moments, like cracking open a jar of Assorted Creams at your grandparents’ or winning the sibling argument over your favourite fizzy drink. That’s why we stock @drink_bobby’s range of retro-inspired sodas in flavours like Passionfruit, Lemon, Cola, and Creamy Soda — a hit with kids and a blast from the past for grown-ups. And every Saturday, Riley Bott crafts a new take on classic Assorted Creams, from Shortbread Creams to the iconic Monte Carlo, elevating these timeless treats to a whole new level.
WHY WE LOVE IT:
- Comfort food with a nostalgic twist, making every visit feel like coming home.
- Creative design elements that give a nod to Launceston’s history and local culture.
- Early morning priority service for community workers, showing appreciation for the people who keep our city running.
