Luz Restaurant
Culinary excellence in the heart of Launceston
Luz Restaurant, previously located in the The Grand Hotel, has moved their exceptional fine-dining experience to the former location of Northern Club on Cameron Street. Chef and co-owner Louis brings over 25 years experience and has worked in some of the top Michelin star restaurants around the world including Gordon Ramsay and the Pourcel brothers in France. Having returned to his Tasmanian roots here in Launceston, he brings his vision of giving diners superb food memories utilising the freshest of the amazing local produce Tasmania has on offer.
Whether you are celebrating a special occasion with loved ones, or wanting an exceptional meal for no occasion at all, diners can expect to enjoy world-class food and service in an intimate environment.
WHY WE LOVE IT
1. Their carefully considered menu evolves with the seasons, featuring fresh Tasmanian ingredients.
2. The heritage-listed location adds another touch of elegance to the dining experience.
3. The sumptuous combination of Australian fine dining in an intimate European-style bistro setting.
