Chef Louis has worked in some of the top Michelin star restaurants around the world during his career and is passionate about giving diners superb food memories utilising the amazing seasonal produce Tasmania has on offer.
Front of house Nadia is dedicated to delivering unforgettable friendly service and guidance with all the delicious local Tasmanian wines on our list. Together they have created a dining space to be experienced.
