Hokkaido Sushi
Authentic Japanese cuisine, delivered to your table in style
All aboard the sushi train! Whether you are grabbing a bite to-go from their pick-up window, or sitting down and grabbing small plates of fresh sushi from the continuous conveyor belt, Hokkaikdo Sushi offers everyone an authentic Japanese dining experience. Choose from variety of options, including fresh seasonal fish and ingredients flown in daily from the finest markets and purveyors around the world, showcased in sushi, sashimi, tempura, yakitori, hand rolls and other exquisite dishes. While the food is the main attraction, the sushi train that delivers orders directly from the chef's bench to your table provides a unique and fun dining experience for everyone.
Hokkaido Sushi has a second location (without train service), located in the Launceston Plaza at shop 9/15 Racecourse Cres.
