Havilah

Wine bar, kitchen & cellar door in one

A love for food, wine and Launceston are what led to the creation of Havilah in July of 2020. A place for locals and visitors to learn, taste and understand Tasmanian wine in context alongside other regions of the world; as well as to taste wines from the Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah wine brands. Joining the wines is a shortlist of classic cocktails, beers and non alcoholic drinks.

Alongside the delicious drinks menu is a charcuterie menu designed to be shared. This menu focuses on flavour and quality, featuring Tasmanian and European cheeses, free range & wild cured meats and fresh seasonal produce from local growers and producers. Havilah also offers a continental menu for some more substantial (but just as curated and delicious) fare.

WHY WE LOVE IT:

  1. Soak up the city vibes in their euro-style alfresco dining area.

  2. Extensive range of premium wines available to taste and buy.

  3. Try their dirty martini.
