Havilah
Wine bar, kitchen & cellar door in one
A love for food, wine and Launceston are what led to the creation of Havilah in July of 2020. A place for locals and visitors to learn, taste and understand Tasmanian wine in context alongside other regions of the world; as well as to taste wines from the Two Tonne Tasmania and Havilah wine brands. Joining the wines is a shortlist of classic cocktails, beers and non alcoholic drinks.
Alongside the delicious drinks menu is a charcuterie menu designed to be shared. This menu focuses on flavour and quality, featuring Tasmanian and European cheeses, free range and wild cured meats and fresh seasonal produce from local growers and producers. Havilah also offers a continental menu for some more substantial (but just as curated and delicious) fare.
The new addition to Havilah, Winter 2024
Havilah has opened a brand new space, situated directly behind and accessible via the beloved wine bar.
The Havilah Dining Room is a versatile and beautiful one, fit to host (but not limited to) the following:
- Private dinners, 12–24 pax
- Cocktail-style functions, 20–40 pax
- Meetings and corporate events
Enquiries should be made via this enquiry form.
