Boatyard
Relaxed dining on the waterfront
Overlooking one of the oldest slip yards in Australia, and enjoying a sunset framed by the Cataract Gorge and Tamar river, is the Boatyard restaurant. Serving brunch, lunch and dinner with a special oyster shed bar open on the weekends, the Boatyard was previously known as Hallam’s.
This beloved Launceston establishment is known for its delicious range of seafood dishes, but it serves many other options as well, with all ingredients sourced as locally and freshly as possible.
WHY WE LOVE IT:
Function space available to hire.
Fantastic place for a celebration.
Heated alfresco dining on the waterfront.
