Black Cow Bistro
A cut above
Located in an old Art Deco butcher’s shop, Black Cow shares the same culinary pedigree as the widely acclaimed Stillwater. Now owned by the chefs and staff who ran the kitchen and dining room with an expert touch, Black Cow serves only the best dry aged, grass fed & free range steak from around the state.
On top of the mouth-watering selection of steaks, Black Cow also offers a variety of fine wines and spirits, seafood appetisers, and delicious side dishes for the full gourmet steak dinner experience - perfect to share with a date, or to celebrate with family and friends. There’s even a menu of decadent desserts to indulge in when you’re done.
