Launceston Repair Cafe
Do you have a broken, torn, or busted household item? Or do you just want some advice?
Bring it along to the Launceston Repair Cafe and learn how to fix it with the help of some expert repairers. The Launceston Repair Cafe is a monthly free, open community event aiming to divert items from landfill, pass on valuable repairing knowledge, and connect community. The sessions typically include electronic, clothing, furniture, bike and general repairs, knife sharpening, plus IT and software support depending on repairer availability.
The Launceston Repair Cafe is delivered by the City of Launceston in partnership with Circular North, supported by the Tasmanian Government through the Tasmanian Waste and Resource Recovery Board.
The third Saturday of every month, 1pm-4pm
