Yoga Loft Launceston offers a range of yoga styles located in a beautiful, warm and welcoming studio in the centre of town. Yoga Loft prides itself on being an inclusive and supportive space where everybody is encouraged in their practice and valued as part of a healthy and compassionate community.
Yoga Loft instructors are a talented and caring team of qualified professionals with diverse backgrounds, including health professionals, body workers, professional dancers, Pilates teachers, Physiotherapists and mental health specialists. Each instructor has a unique approach in style, form and philosophy. The teaching team is bound together by a commitment to give our clients an experience of yoga based on a combination of modern science, healthy movement principles and ancient yogic knowledge.

- The studio space is heated to a nice and comfortable 27 degrees, giving your muscles great flexibility while flushing toxins from your body.
