Rupert & Hound
Seasonal seafood on the waterfront
Located at the picturesque Seaport, Rupert & Hound offers both indoor and outdoor waterfront dining where you can sample modern seafood cuisine celebrating local, seasonal and sustainable produce.
The R&H culinary team is guided by local fisherman and Tasmania’s seasons to showcase the state’s best produce, with an emphasis on minimising waste and maximising flavour - but though there is a focus on seafood, non-seafood eaters, vegetarians and guests with dietary requirements are also well catered for.
In addition to their food menus, Rupert & Hound also serve an extensive range of expertly made cocktails. In partnership with Scottsdale’s Little Rivers Brewery, they also produce their own house beer - Hound Dog Lager & Rupert’s Raspberry Sour.
