Pärla

Good coffee, good vibes

A standout location for brunch, Pärla is open 7 days a week, making it an attractive choice for both early morning commuters and those seeking an indulgent brekky on the weekend. Their seasonal menu evolves with the locally sourced ingredients, giving regulars and first time diners plenty of explore. Their beans are sourced from Hobart roaster Villino Coffee, a key influencer of the specialty coffee scene in Tasmania.

WHY WE LOVE THEM

1. Their coffee is the headliner, but the full meals and pastries are worthy co-stars that will keep you coming back.

2. On rare occasions they offer unique after-hours meet the maker events (follow their socials if you don't want to miss out).

3. Walking into this café is like being embraced in a warm, welcoming hug. You won't want to leave, especially on those cold Tassie mornings.
