Noss and Co

Australian-owned handmade ceramics

You might have seen Noss & Co items for sale at the Evandale market, but you don't need to wait for that weekly market to buy their beautiful unique pieces: Noss now has a location in the centre of Launceston. Founded by Kirsty Hawkins, her love for ceramics started in childhood, when growing up on a farm in South Australia she would play with mud and water for hours on end. This love for getting her hands messy blossomed into a love for ceramics.

The Noss story may have its roots in South Australia, but Kirsty designs all pieces from her farm studio right here in Tasmania, with her partner studio overseas bringing Kirsty’s designs to life. Noss & Co are extremely proud of this partnership and searched long and hard to find an ethical studio that’s values aligned with theirs. Their two skilled ceramicists meticulously hand-paint every Noss item so that every customer will be sure to receive a one-of-a-kind piece every time. The vases are showstoppers, but we especially love the delightful butter dishes.

WHY WE LOVE THEM

1. These unique one-of-a-kind items make memorable gifts.

2. Shopping in person, you get to enjoy the variety and high quality of their pieces firsthand.

3. What's better than having art in your home? It's having art you'll use and appreciate on a daily basis.
