Inside Cafe
Wholesome, nourishing food with character
In their own words - “You’ll find that we use the most fresh and quality ingredients. From locally sourced, full-flavoured herbs, coffee roasted in Hobart through to Tasmania’s award winning Ashgrove milk and Meander Valley cream, we aspire to give our friends a delicious culinary experience. We bake our own bread, make our own sauces and keep each dish simple, expressing nature's rich, yet simple flavours.”
Inside Cafe is attached to Inside Home & Gifts, a venture lovingly started out of a desire to purchase high quality, sustainable and unique gifts locally. This evolved into a desire for “good, honest and wholesome food. Butter, not margarine, real milk, not highly processed white liquid, a value on fresh and local ingredients as well as keeping the flavours simple yet amazing.” Inside opened in Launceston in 2012 and has been going strong ever since.
Their menu features a delicious range of cafe breakfast/brunch favourites, as well as an Asian inspired lunch menu available on weekdays.
