Presenting a simple. honest menu of seasonal selections, Diverge brings you Tasmania on a plate. The drinks list similarly celebrates Tassie beer and wine, with a few other producers in the mix.

7am - 10am weekdays
8am - 11am on weekends and public holidays

5pm - 8.30pm nightly, with drinks pouring until 9pm
