Coffee Republic
Coffee in the heart of the city
This little hole in the wall coffee shop sets itself apart by embracing the smallness of the venue. The shop itself isn’t for customers to sit in - instead, they sit alfresco in the Brisbane Street Mall just outside after ordering and wait for their drinks to be brought out.
Coffee Republic serves an extensive menu of specialty coffees as well as ‘freezers’, a slushie-like frappe beverage perfect for warm days. They have a larger range of cup sizes available than most other coffee shops, and take home bags of beans are also available for purchase.
WHY WE LOVE IT:
Huge range of coffee flavours available.
Freezers are sooo good in summer.
Extended opening hours.
Location: 137 Brisbane Street, Launceston
