Exceptional bread, pastries, coffee and breakfast
Bread + Butter is unique as a bakery in Launceston because it utilises cultured butter from Tasmanian Butter Co. in all of its baked goods. This cultured butter is a true labour of love, hand worked and churned from cream and salted to perfection in small batches.
The coffee beans at Bread + Butter all come from Single O, a company dedicated to producing high quality beans sourced from single origins. This coffee is turned to gold by the hands of Bread + Butter’s expert baristas.
Our top Bread + Butter picks: the ham & cheese croissants, banana bread, and delicious sourdough.
Bread + Butter also has a second location - The Bake Shop.
WHY WE LOVE IT:
Not-too-sweet but always delicious treats.
Funky dining space (check out the upstairs!)
Flavoursome and filling breads.
Location: 70 Elizabeth Street, Launceston
