Pooley Wines 5-course Dinner
There are vineyards where you fall for a wine or two. And then there are those where choosing only one wine feels impossible. Pooley Wines is the latter. Which is why, for this dinner, five wines simply didn't feel like enough... So they've made it nine.
If you already know their Pinot, you'll understand why we've been waiting for the right (winter) moment to set this table. If you don't, this is the evening to find out.
They're setting a single long table in their VIP dining room; just sixteen seats, plus one reserved for Matthew Pooley.
Matthew will be joining to share the stories behind the wines, the vineyards, and their three-generation family legacy.
Don and Kristian have created this special five-course menu around the best of the Tasmanian winter season.
Nine wines total. Including a fine selection of 2019 and 2021 Pinot Noirs.
