Wine Down with Dumplings
As part of this year's NORTH by Night festival, step into an evening where the kitchen is open, the drinks are flowing, and the conversation is as rich as the flavours. This meet the maker event brings guests face to face with the culinary masters behind the magic.
Join Executive Chef Peter as he demonstrates dumplings techniques you can re-create at home and meet the wine maker from Pipers Brook Vineyard who will match some aromatic wines to your dumplings.
Ticket includes:
- A welcome cocktail showcasing Three Cuts Gin
- A dumpling making demonstration with Executive Chef Peter
