Handstand Fundamentals Workshop
Kin Movement | Two Hours | All Levels
Tired of trying to kick up and falling back down? Develop the strength, mobility and balance to hold a handstand from the ground up. Build capacity in your wrists and shoulders, learn essential positioning, and explore the handstand variations available to beginners.
No matter where you're starting from, you'll work through structured progressions that teach you proper alignment and give you the tools to improve your handstand. Absolutely no previous experience is required — just bring curiosity and a willingness to learn, and be upside down.
Join us at Kin Movement for a structured two-hour workshop that meets you exactly where you are and progresses you with care. All levels welcome.
Earlybird discount: Use code HANDSTANDS to receive $20 off before Monday July 20th.
