Grape & Grain - Tasmanian Whisky Week
Discover the dynamic relationship between grape and grain in this guided tasting experience at NOMY – one of Launceston's most exciting new venues, already earning a reputation for bold flavours and creative hospitality.
This collaborative event brings together local whisky producers and acclaimed local winemaker Jeremy Dineen from Haddows + Dineen winery to explore how wine varietals influence whisky maturation.
Guests will be guided through original wine styles alongside their cask-matured whisky counterparts, gaining deeper insight into the shared stories of barrel, flavour, and craft.
