Free Community Pilates

We’re bringing this back because moving together just feels better

Join us for a FREE outdoor community Pilates class at Riverbend Park, open to everyone. This is your invitation to start your Saturday morning with fresh air, feel good movement, and a whole lot of positive energy. Whether Pilates is brand new to you, something you’ve done before, or something you’ve been meaning to try “one day”. This class is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and easy to say yes to. No pressure. No expectations.

Just show up as you are. We know weekends can be busy, so think of this as your moment:
Send the kids to the playground with dad (or mum, or nan), grab your mat, and come move with us by the river! Then stick around and join us for coffee at Boathouse afterwards

No rush. No agenda. Just good chats, sunshine, and a really nice way to start the weekend.

Level: All levels welcome, no experience needed.

What to bring:

• A good vibe
